The
date and time of the event. A Saturday evening in June carries a far
higher premium than a Thursday afternoon in early March. Events in
late January through February are a bit less than those in April through
December. Fridays are slightly less than Saturdays. Mornings are a
bit less than evenings;
The
location of the event. An event in downtown San Jose will be less
than one in Monterey;
The
length of the event;
How
many people are attending the event. A dinner part with 12 guests
requires a far smaller sound system than an outdoor wedding with 300
guests;
Will
an assistant be required (usually to move equipment).
